Chemistry Center Addition / Computational Life Sciences
A proposed 130,000 square foot, 7 story addition to the existing Atwood Chemistry Center will house additional instructional and research space for the Emory College Chemistry department as well as provide a core hub for the administration and research associated with the Computational and Life Sciences Initiative. It will be built to the University's Environmental Stewardship Standards featuring sustainable design and building techniques. The Program is currently being developed by Cooper Carry Architects.

Emory Conference Center Redevelopment Project
The new addition and renovation planned for the existing Emory Conference Center will add addional rooms to the hotel and modernize some of the existing building components while improving the function and visual appeal of the building so that it remains a valuable asset to Emory University.
Improvements include adding three new meeting rooms, an additional 127 guest rooms and a bowling alley with accompanying lounge area. The facility also features sustainable design and construction techniques in accordance with the University's Environmental Stewardship Standards and will include both instructional and office space.

Oxford Road Building and Parking Deck
This project includes approximately 55,000 square feet of office, meeting, and retail (bookstore and cafe) space. Offices and meeting space will be on the top level of the parking deck and will also include a plaza and green room element. The parking deck is designed to accommodate 200+ cars and be concealed from view on the Oxford Road elevation by the bookstore and cafe elements. The project will be located behind the Boisfeuillet Jones Center on the site of the existing surface parking lot.June, 2008 to August, 2009
